FAQ & help

Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Still stuck? Write to us and we’ll help.

What is a credit?
One credit renders one video in one size. A Reel and a square version of the same design use two credits. If a render fails, the credit is returned automatically.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Sign in with Google and get 3 free videos to try every template and size. Free videos carry a small MsgVibe watermark; any credit pack removes it.
Can I manage several client brands?
Yes. Save up to 20 brand kits (logo, colours, fonts, contact details) and switch between them from the top bar. Every template re-styles itself for the selected brand.
Can I use the videos for clients and paid ads?
Yes. Videos you render are yours to use commercially, including for clients and in paid campaigns, as long as you have the rights to the logos, photos and text you upload.
Do credits expire? Is this a subscription?
No and no. Credit packs are one-time purchases and the credits never expire. Buy more only when you need them.
How do I pay? Is it billed in USD?
Yes, prices are in US dollars. Checkout runs through PayPal, so you can pay with your PayPal balance or a card linked to PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Each pack is a one-time payment.
How is this different from a video API or a design tool?
Developer video APIs start with a blank canvas: you design every template and pay a monthly plan. Design tools need someone to edit each video by hand. MsgVibe ships finished, designer-made templates that restyle themselves with your brand kit. Render one video in minutes or thousands from a spreadsheet, and pay only per video.
Can I create videos in bulk?
Yes. Open Bulk videos, upload an Excel or CSV file (or paste a Google Sheet link) and every row becomes its own branded video, up to 2,000 rows at a time. Developers can use the Business API (500 videos per request, webhooks when each is ready): see the API docs, or talk to us about volume pricing.
