Terms of service

1. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 18. You are responsible for activity on your account and API keys. Keep API keys secret and rotate them if they may have been exposed.

2. Credits and payments

• The service uses prepaid credits. One credit renders one video in one size. New accounts receive free welcome credits; videos rendered on the free plan carry a MsgVibe watermark.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices are shown before checkout and charged in INR (Razorpay) or USD (PayPal). Applicable taxes may apply.
• Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• If a render fails on our side, its credit is returned automatically.
• Refunds are covered by our refund & cancellation policy.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the logos, images, text and other material you upload ("your content"). You grant MsgVibe a limited licence to host, process and render your content solely to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including trademarks and product photos of brands you work for.

4. The videos you create

Videos rendered from your account are yours to use, including commercially, for your clients and in paid advertising. MsgVibe's templates, animations, software and brand remain our property; you receive a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of videos rendered through the service. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves, or offer them as a competing template product.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MsgVibe to:

• create content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or that infringes anyone else’s rights;
• impersonate a person or brand you are not authorised to represent;
• make false or deceptive offers, prices or claims in advertising;
• attack, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the limits, credits or security of the service, or share accounts to avoid paying for credits.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where the breach is serious we may do so without notice and without refunding credits used for the abuse.

6. Business API

API use is subject to rate limits and the limits in our API documentation, which we may update. Each video created through the API uses credits the same way as the studio.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep MsgVibe fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or retire templates and features. If we discontinue the service entirely we will refund unused purchased credits.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, MsgVibe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using MsgVibe and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Sections 3–4 and 8–10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any disagreement informally first: please write to team.msgvibe@gmail.com.
