Your account, payments and content, kept safe
A plain-language summary of how MsgVibe handles your data. The full details are in our privacy policy.
Payments
You pay through PayPal (US dollars) or Razorpay (Indian rupees). Your card, PayPal or UPI details are entered with them, never with us: we never see or store card numbers.
Every payment is confirmed with the payment provider on our servers before any credits are added.
Sign-in
You sign in with your Google account. We never see your Google password, and there is no MsgVibe password to leak.
Business API keys are shown to you only once and can be revoked at any time.
Your files
Your logos, photos and videos are stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States and always travel over HTTPS.
You can delete saved videos at any time on the Video storage page. To delete your whole account and data, write to us.
AI
Our AI features (photo reading, ad copy) run on Amazon Bedrock inside AWS. Amazon Bedrock does not use your content to train its AI models.
Photos in the free tools are processed and sent straight back to you, not stored. In Magic video, your photo is kept only when you choose a video.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
We never use your brand content to advertise to others, and we don’t use advertising cookies.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages help visitors. In the EU and UK it waits for your consent.
It is switched off on private pages such as client review links.
